By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion in cases of fraudulent activity.
2 Product Availability & Pricing
We strive to display product details, roast batches, and stock levels accurately. However, natural product variations, seasonal harvests, or packaging updates may occur. In rare instances where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will immediately issue a full refund or offer an equivalent replacement upon your consent.
3 Orders, Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method upon order submission.
4 Delivery & Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title for all grocery and coffee items pass to you upon delivery to your specified address. Please inspect perishable goods immediately upon receipt and notify our customer service within 24 hours of any discrepancies.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Homiq Elite—including branding, product photography, logos, graphics, and interface designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Homiq Elite. Reproduction or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
